Nick joined Tech Cal in 1997 as a calibration technician, and in 2000, he became a managing partner and Vice President of the company. In 2014, Nick purchased the remaining portion of the company, and now serves as our President and CEO. He provides sales and technical support to our customers, while also overseeing day-to-day operations of the company as a whole. He strives to provide our customers with superior service and prides himself on ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with Tech Cal’s service and products.
Nick enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Kerri, and daughter, Ashlyn. He is also an avid outdoorsman and loves to hunt and fish. He can often be found on the water or in the field with his dog, Blue. Blue is a true “man’s best friend” and is always at Nick’s side. He serves as Tech Cal’s mascot.
Grady joined Tech Cal in 1999 after serving as an inside sales agent in the industrial distribution field. He acts as Tech Cal’s Operations Manager and is head of design and development of Tech Cal Recorders. Grady strives to provide our customers with personable and expeditious service, while maintaining the quality and integrity that Tech Cal is known for.
When he isn’t hunting or fishing, Grady enjoys spending time with his wife and children.
Hayley joined Tech Cal in 2008 and serves as Tech Cal’s Accounting Manager. She is responsible for all matters of accounting and collections, and ensures all customer transactions are fulfilled timely and with respect to our customers. Hayley also ensures that Tech Cal consistently remains in excellent standing with our vendors. She is the voice you hear when calling Tech Cal.
Hayley enjoys spending time with her husband, Jeremy, and her family. They can often be found at her family’s beach house on the weekends, where they always find time for fishing. Hayley enjoys going to concerts and relaxing at her home in Deer Park.
George joined Tech Cal after working for almost 30 years in fabrication and machining in local machine shops. He has worked at Tech Cal since 2010 and serves as head of Tech Cal recorder assembly and production. George works efficiently and diligently to ensure that all Tech Cal Recorders are built with precision and accuracy.
George enjoys playing the Xbox and spending time with his kids.
